He is survived by: his children, Courtney Spry (Douglas Spry) and Joshua Hughes (Holly Plappert); his grandson Douglas Allen-Lee Spry; and his siblings, Stephen O'Neil, Wilkes Barre Jennifer O'Neil, Michelle Smith (Robert Smith Sr.), Michael O'Neil (Tracey Olson) and Pringle.
