He is survived by: his children, Lisa Berlew of Wilkes-Barre, Frank Jr. of Wilkes-Barre and Marc (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Nikki (Danny), Allan and Raymond; his great grandchildren, Mike, Natalie and Nathan; his siblings, Priscilla and Joe (Carol); Chico. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
