He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Elizabeth Martindale Moore; his brothers, Ronald Moore and John Moore; his nieces, Christina Moore (Jill) and Diane Grayson; his great-nephews, Michael Shyner and Corey Knox III; and his nieces, Denise Shyner (George), Tracey Swantek (Tim), Cathy (Larry Reynolds), Valerie Moore Standik and Tami Moore.
He is survived by: his close friend Nanticoke; his wife Christine; his sons, Dr. Corey Moore (Sydney Kellar) of Wilkes-Barre and Bruno Day (Janelle); his grandson Michael Day; his daughter Ashley Peachy; his brothers, James Moore (Veloise) and David Martindale (Diane); his niece Debra Bricek (Bob Bricek); and his nephews, Jimmy Moore (Lara), Ronnie Moore (Helen) and John Moore (Michelle).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home (89 Park Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (68 E St Mary's Rd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18706).
