He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Phillips and Gloria Phillips (Collins); and his son Jeffrey Phillips. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Phillips (Noreen) of Pittston and Paul Phillips (Marianne) of Hanover Township; his sons, Michael Phillips of New Jersey and Ryan Phillips of Wilkes-Barre; his grandchildren, Kiersten, Abigal, Gracie, Brennen and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Elliot and Katalina.
