In loving memory of Susan Ann Gilbert of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on December 4, 2025 at the age of 69. Susan leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Madelyn Mae Hummel Eustice; her grandparents, Charlotte Mae Hummel and John Eustice Jr.; her uncles, Jack Eustice and Ben Hummel; her aunt Jeanette Hummel Gittens; and her cousin Linda Hummel Dixon.
She is survived by: her father Daniel Eustice; her husband Damian; her daughters, Beth Anne Gilbert (Matt Brunn) of Wilkes-Barre, Yvonne D. Miller (Glenn Miller Jr.) of Plymouth and Lois Grimm (Cassidy Grimm) of Wilkes-Barre; her grandchildren, Kobe Miller, Samuel Conklin, Korynne Miller, Aaron Grimm, Karyn Miller and Robert "Chubby" McBride; and her brothers, James Eustice (Joseph McBride) of East Syracuse and Daniel of Mountain Top, PA. She is also survived by cousins, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the John V. Morris Family Funeral Home Inc. (625 N Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make a donation in Sue's name to In This Together NEPA, a local organization dedicated to the advocacy and causes that she was so passionate about.
