He is survived by: his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Angela Burgess; his grandchildren, Mark and Tabetha; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Swan, Patti and Al Knauf; and his nieces and nephews, Cynthia, Rick, Christopher, Laura, Jessica, Bill, Sara, Nathan and Oliver.
