He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton George Waltermire and Kathryn Mae Nicewonger Waltermire; and his siblings, Evelyn, William and Carl.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas of Ohio; his wife Suzanne Alice Voegeli Waltermire; his children, Marilyn of Virginia and Robert (Nancy) of New Jersey; and his grandson James.
