She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Risbon and Lillian L. Risbon (Stiffler); and her siblings, Patrick, John, Thomas Risbon and Mary Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Denise A. Allison (Roy) of Williamsburg, Julia D. Hurtado (Jose) of Williamsburg, Timothy C. Mullins (Tracy) of Orlando, FL and Travis Mullins (Leidi) of Harrisburg; her brothers, Larry Risbon of Williamsburg and Joseph Risbon of Williamsburg; and her close friend Peggy Putt. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
