He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Garman and Helen Garman (Socie); and his siblings, Harry (Donna), Don (Marie), Roger and Bev (Fred).
He is survived by: his daughter Christina Miller (Matthew); his sisters, Betty (Bernie), Nora (late Mike), Judy (Gordon) and Kathy (Tim); and his close friend Bill Lytle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Steve would want you to play your favorite number on the lottery or you may make memorials to your local public radio or television station.
