She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Ball and Kathryn Ball (Kurtz); her husband Edwin H. Frey; her son John Frey; her great grandchild Abel Witmer; her siblings, William "Bill" Ball and Vaughn Ball; and her daughters-in-law, Pamela and Marilyn Frey.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Frey of Loyalsock and Patricia Fillman (Jim) of Montoursville; her grandchildren, Michael Frey (Lynn), Sharon Shultz (Hugh), Krista Beattie, Cody McArdle (Brooke), Josiah Frey, Joel Frey, Adam Scheibeler (Ashley), Rachel Newhook (Tyler) and Hannah Witmer (Mitchell); and her daughter-in-law Barbara Vaughn of Linden. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
