Augustus Wilson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Augustus Wilson of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Theodore R. Wilson; his daughter Wendy M. Drummond Wilson; his granddaughter Dynisha C. Crump; and his brothers, Theodore B. Wilson, Melvin J. Wilson, Sr., Rev. Howard E. Wilson (Pearl), Wilbert P. Wilson, Sr. (Martha) and Robert J. Wilson.
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy V. Wilson (Basey); his children, Charles M. Wilson of Palmdale, California, Anne-Louise Wilson of Washington, D. C., Kerry C. Wilson of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Lauren M. Wilson of Williamsport, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Diondre, Dominque, Quintin, Quincy, Q. Augustus, Rebekah, Sloane and Sabeen; and his child Charliese E. Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
