She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Foley and Joe Foley; her husband Jim Buedel; her aunts and uncles, George Hellard, Glen Franklin, Elizabeth Whitehouse and Una Mae Lindberg; her grandson Avery Buedel; and her cousins, Cameron Cassriel, Doug, Roy Lindberg and Jim Whitehouse.
She is survived by: her daughter Rachel (Sean Farley); her stepchildren, Lora (Eran Sobol) and Bradley Buedel; her grandchildren, Liam Farley, Olivia, Briggs Sobol, Jakob and Vivienne Buedel; her brother Joe Foley (Rosanne); her niece Katherine Foley; her nephew Harrison Foley; and her aunts, Sara Davis Hellard and Lillian Hoferkamp (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome at the Barbara and James Buedel Study Abroad Scholarship at Lycoming College, St.Jude's Research Hospital, Planned Parenthood, and the Lycoming County SPCA.
