He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Carriker (Robin) of Sayre, Brian K. Burkholder of Zealand, MI, Dana R. Burkholder of Williamsport, Penny Rae Sample of South Williamsport and Dawn Marie Burkholder of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Christopher, Nichole Sample, Amanda Carriker, Daniel Wroblski and Dylan Burkholder; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Brendin Sample, Aurora Clair, Isaac Carter and Jayden Voornees; and his sister Eva Scruggs (Skip) of Williamsport.
