She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, LeRoy Fornwalt, Sr. and Virginia Fornwalt (Adams); her husband Scott T. Jensen; her children, Chuck Wellen, III, Kevin DeSeau (Reyna), Jodi Miller (Ken) and Matthew Wellen (Cassandra); her grandchildren, Lorenzo, Tobias, Richard, Trygg, Bradley (Autumn), Morgan (Kurt), Makenzie (Justin), Madisyne and Bianca; and her great grandchildren, Adelina, Karsin, Penelope, Lennix and Paisley. She was also cherished by her loving family, including numerous nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
