She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Wagner and Claire R. Wagner (Kranz); and her brother Terry L. Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Keith A. (Pamela), Kimberly A. Rowland (Lemuel) of Williamsport and Kelly Jo DeAngelo of Williamsport; and her siblings, Shirley Smith, Lois Betts (Ronald) and Robert Wagner (Karen) of Williamsport. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
