He is survived by: his children, Devon Leon Parr of Tucson, Arizona and Alana Leonie Parr (Frank Briseno) of Coving, California; his grandchildren, Isabelle Nova and Marley Ella Briseno; and his siblings, Tony Parr (Irene) of Wicasset, Maine, Reginald Parr of Williamsport, Ronald Parr of Port Orange, Florida and Lisa Harris (Michael) of Jacksonville, Florida.
