He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha L. Hall (Narber); and his brother Peter Hall. He is survived by: his father David L. Hall; his wife Drema Hall; his children, Andrew R. Hall and Kishi McKnight; his brother Bryson Hall; and his grandchildren, Kateri Hall and Takoda Stroble. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
