She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Miller (Washington) and Sylvester Quartman; and her son George Quartman. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Quartman and Shante Grimes; her grandchildren, Demetrius Smith-Quartman, Samya Barr and Aquil Ansley; and her great grandchildren, Lyric, Haylo and Hiro Smith-Quartman. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, and extended family.
