With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Phillips of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Phillips and Marcellite S. Phillips; his daughter Christine Phillips Hillier (Mark); and his siblings, Raymond C. Phillips Jr. and Carol Shaffer.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his son Andrew (Denise); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer, Jacob and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Oliver.
