He is survived by: his parents, William Winner and Judith Winner Jr. (Winder); his wife Deborah of Williamsport; his children, Alex Winner of Williamsport and Leah Winner (Jordan Bintrim) of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Dale Winner (Nicole) of Williamsport, Jewel Stoner (Thomas) of Williamsport and Cheryl Kleiner (Stacey) of Canton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
