With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Della M. Herring of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Muncy Valley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman L. Herring and Lucretia Herring (Hamilton); her siblings, Raymond Herring, Harold Herring, Edna Minier, Jessie Collins, Thelma Cook and Polly Talada; her niece Lisa Seyler (Talada); and her close friends, Thelma Kaufman and Paul Gavitt.

She is survived by: her sister Blanche Collins of Montour Falls, NY; her niece Denise Andrew (Jeff) of Cogan Station; her nephew David Talada (Susan) of Montgomery; and her brother-in-law David Talada of Montoursville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.
