He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Sherry and Margaret Sherry (Singer). He is survived by: his wife Laura M. Dickinson; his daughter Maggie R. Dickinson-Sherry; his siblings, John Sherry II (Rebecca Thomas) of Harrisonburg, VA and Suzanne Sherry Lee of Nashville, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Amelia, Annabel, Griffin, June, Custis, Madeline, Jake, Leo, Winston and Jennifer.
