With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elizabeth L. Perry of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph W. Eck and Mary Julia Eck (Younie); and her husband Robert J. "Bob" Perry. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary K. Perry of Williamsport, Julia A. Morgan of Williamsport and Teresa G. Kessler (Kevin) of Montoursville; her grandchildren, Heather Devine (Keith), Brittany Strouse (Mike), Derek Kessler and Ryan Kessler; and her great grandchildren, Audrina Kessler, Xander Devine and Carley Strouse.
