He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Hoffa; his parents-in-law, Walter and Evelyn Bailey of Kulpmont; his stepchildren, Gary Hoffa (Stacy) of Lewisburg and Krystal Greenwalt (Mike) of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Mya Hoffa of Danville, Gavin and Jaxson Greenwalt of Bloomsburg; and his siblings, Glen Laylon (Barbara) of Pennsdale and Raymonde Brown of McVeytown. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
