He was predeceased by: his parents, Cedric Chubb and Thelma Young Chubb; and his siblings, Nadine Roche, Dane and Gordon Chubb.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene M. Williams; his children, Karen M. Lilley (Stephen) of Cogan Station, PA and Jeffrey C. Chubb (Susan) of Blandon, PA; his grandchildren, Joseph McGinty (Betsy) and Jennifer McGinty; his great grandchildren, Jaxton, Jacoby, Calvin and Brady; and his siblings, Lynnae White, Aldonna Roush and Noel Chubb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
