He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Verus Ungard and Vera M. Ungard (Derr); and his siblings, William F. Ungard, Ronald A. Ungard, Deborah K. Klopp and Evelyn J. Arroyl.
He is survived by: his spouse Nikki Jean Ungard (Harris) of Year's Eve; his children, Amber J. Fagles and Gary A. Ungard; his grandchildren, Alex Morgan and Avery Dangle; his siblings, Patricia A. Beck, Richard L. Ungard and Barbara L. Bickel (James); and his sister-in-law Mary Ungard.
