He was predeceased by: his parents, Geno Sprechini and Carmella Sprechini (Tavani). He is survived by: his wife Stacie Sprechini (Greene); his siblings, Glenn Sprechini of Forty Fort, PA, Jeff Sprechini (Beth) of Syracuse, NY, Sharon Trozzi (Ralph) of Vestal, NY and Molly Hinkin (Wayne) of Plains, PA.; his niece Christianna (Matt); and his nephews, Matthew, Nick and Chris.
