She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Michael and Fanny Michael (Harmon); and her siblings, Raymond, Melvin, Meridith Michael and Lois Pandolf.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney E. Winter of Montanden, William P. Winter Jr. of Williamsport and Stephanie G. Ziegenfuss (Larry) of Leesburg, Fla.; and her sister Sally Packard. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
