He is survived by: his mother Kathryn May Smith (Caldwell) of South Williamsport; his siblings, Karen Clark (Mike) of Nesbit and Brian Smith of South Williamsport; his nephews, Galen Smith of Cogan Station and Dr. Cain Dudek (Kelly) of Maryland; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Teddy and Oliver; his niece Vicki Houser; McKenna and Mason.
