She was predeceased by: her husband Keith D. Kitchen; her parents, Frank M. Stoviak and Margaret V. Stoviak (Neville); and her siblings, Thomas, Franklin Stoviak, Lucille Dudek and Viola Hampton.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas S. Kitchen (Jane) and Pamela F. Miller (Charles); her grandsons, Charles Miller (Melody), Bryan Miller (Jessica), Gregory Kitchen (Rachel) and Alex Kitchen (Kellie); her great grandchildren, Amilee, Zachary, Oliver, Brady, Parker, Bryan and Riley; and her sister Donna Shaffer. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Harriet's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
