She was predeceased by : her husband Frank L. Smith; her parents, Michael J. Prendergast and Mary Jane Prendergast (Winter); her son Michael F. Smith; her great great grandchild Kynlee; and her brother Michael Prendergast.

She is survived by : her children, Christopher W. Smith (Ann) of Williamsport and Ann M. Ferris of Williamsport; her sister Jane M. Bouse; and her daughter-in-law Sue Filmeck. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Leighton Place 1251 Rural Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701.
