He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Sr. Boring and Tressie A. Boring (Adams). He is survived by: his wife Charlene M. Boring (Ropchock); his children, Joshua Boring of Williamsport, Marlena Smith (Derrick) of York and Alicia Tice (Daniel) of Williamsport; and his grandchildren, Cristopher, Faith, Adelyn, Molly, Skylar and Colton. He is also survived by his siblings, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
