She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spring and Helen L. Spring (Leonard); her husband Harold Philip Shook; and her stepchildren, Sally Shook Shaffer and James P. Shook. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren.
