He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John E. Whittaker and Charlotte Whittaker (Hoy). He is survived by: his wife Charleen; his daughters, Kimberly Leidinger (Michael) and Stacie Kenney (Christopher); his grandchildren, Mallory, Claire Leidinger, Riley and Sean Kenney; and his sister Jessica Johnston.
