It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Daniel Walsh of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Joseph Daniel leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Joseph Daniel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Walsh and Mary Hopkins Walsh; his friend Joe; and his cousin Linn (Lifesavers).
A Mass was held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (1510 Penn Ave, Scranton, PA 18509).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial contributions to be made to Friends with Paws Pet Rescue, 1443 Sanderson Ave, Scranton.
