She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Stoke and Lucille Stoke; her husband Eugene J. Waldman; her siblings, Billie Lou Fischer and Harry Stoke; her parents-in-law, Eleanor Waldman and George Waldman; and her siblings-in-law, Joanne Mahonski, Tom and Tim Waldman.
She is survived by: her children, Luanne Deal, Christine Caribardi (Donald) and Craig Waldman (Brittany); her grandchildren, Danielle (Richard), Brennan (Shelby), Emma (Hunter), Colleen, Justine, Arabella and Brynnlee; and her great grandchildren, Cade and Lilly. She is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (133 E 3rd St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (326 Washington Blvd, Williamsport, PA 17701). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (4323 Lycoming Mall Dr, Montoursville, PA 17754).
The family respectfully suggests memorial contributions be made in Judy's name to either, St. Boniface Parish, 326 Washington Blvd., Williamsport PA 17701 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis TN 38105.
