We are sad to announce that, on September 29, 2022, at the age of 67, Julia C Reed of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Reed and Dorothy Reed (Cupp); and her brother Michael R. Reed. She is survived by: her partner Concetta C. Owens; her sons, Mackubin T. Owens, III (Andi Craig) of Austin, TX and Benjamin R. Owens of Williamsport; and her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Ingram and Connie Reed. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
