Guthrie (Elizabeth Flook) of Williamsport and Phylicia R. Tebbs (Joshua A. McLaughlin) of Williamsport; her brother Liam A. McLaughlin of Williamsport; and her grandparents, Mark, Grayce Tebbs of Cogan Station, Julie Wooster of Williamsport, Donna L. Werner of Rochester, NY and Charles McLaughlin of Linden.
