He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren R. Horak and Marian F. Horak (Francis); and his brother David K. Horak. He is survived by: his brothers, Brad Horak of Williamsport and Todd Horak (Mia) of Gambrillis; his wife Gloria J. Reillo; his stepchildren, Bobby R. Reillo (Missy) of Florence, N. J., Jackie J. Bixler (Jamie) of Rahway, N. J. and Christina A. Bickley (Josh) of Florence, N. J.; his stepgrandchildren, Rock, Nick, Megan, Tori, Griffin, Christopher, James, Anna and Dominick; his nephews, Alex Horak of Virginia Beach and Eric Horak (Kay) of Williamsport; Melonie Horn of Williamsport.
