It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark W. Carlisle of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Scott and Michael Carlisle. He is survived by: his parents, Faye M. Carlisle Thomas and Robert G. Thomas; his sister Cynthia Fox (Victor); and his granddaughter Evelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorials in Mark's name to two charities that were dear to his heart, Janet Weis Children's Hospital, 100 N. Academy Ave., Danville, PA 17822, and/or St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
