He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jay and Patricia Ann Sampsell (Servey); his son Bryan Russell Sampsell; and his brother Philip W. Sampsell. He is survived by: his children, Cheri Drennen (Patrick) of Dillsburg, Stacey Ruble of Mechanicsburg and Angela Dunkleberger of Easley, SC; his granddaughter Bellamy Drennen; and his sisters, Patti Durrwachter (Bryan) of South Williamsport, Dawn Brooks of Cogan Station and Bonnie Sampsell of Aurora, MN.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Lawn Memorial Park (62 PA-54, Montgomery, PA 17752).
