He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin F. Dougherty and Winifred Dougherty (Purvin); his stepparent Leigh Dougherty; his sister-in-law Michelle Dougherty; and his pets, Marcie and Molly.
He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Anderson; and his siblings, Betty Houser (Marc) of Montoursville, Patrick Dougherty of Milton, Winifred Campbell (Donnie) of Linden, Michael Dougherty of Williamsport and Kathy Morehead (Keith) of Loyalsock. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
