It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin A. Vail of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Blossburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Martin departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of our hearts. Though Martin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anna Palmer and Phillips. He is survived by : his significant other Deborah K. Vail (Fethers); and his half-siblings, Robert W. McMahon (Ruth), Ronald McMahon and Elizabeth Sponhouse of Williamsport.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (42 Washington Blvd, Williamsport, PA 17701). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
