He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. and Mary E. Banzhaf (Stopper). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Banzhaf of Williamsport, JoAnne Harsch of Williamsport, John Banzhaf (Rose) of Williamsport, Thomas Banzhaf (Robin) of Williamsport and Richard Banzhaf of Williamsport; his nephews, Shawn Harsch, John and Joseph Banzhaf; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stuart, Jaid, Piper, Leah and Emma; Lawson and Daxton. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
