She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlando Brion and Florence Brion (Rode); her brothers, Thomas Brion, Robert Brion and John "Jack" Brion; her husband William E. Phillips; and her granddaughter Ashley King Packer.
She is survived by: her children, Mark D. Chrysler (Kim) of Harrisburg and Michelle Phillips (John) of Williamsport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
