Decker Jr. of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen M. (Lowry); his parents, Paul R. Decker and Ruth Decker Sr. (Noll); and his siblings, Aaron, Delmar, Roland and Marion McCormick.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Decker (Debbie) of Williamsport and Diane Nair (Larry) of Mercersburg; his grandsons, Christopher S. Decker, Aaron Nair (Kelly) and Andrew Nair; and his great grandchildren, Alaina Nair and Everett Nair.
