She is survived by: her parents, Harrison "Harry" Dake and Rita Dake (D'Alena) of Williamsport; her partner Shawn Fantaskey of North Bend; her children, Brian Hauser (Kristen) and Tera Hauser of South Williamsport; her stepsons, Ryan Fantaskey (Sara) of Harrisburg and Nick Fantaskey (Brenna) of Renovo; her grandchildren, Kanyon, Lilly and Liberty; and her sisters, Tammie Dake (Steven) of South Williamsport and Michelle Hauser of Williamsport. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
