It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip E. Dorman (Williamsport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his true love Nancy C. Dorman; and his foster mother Olive Strouble. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Raymond Strouble, Margaret Smith and Ronald Halderman (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
