With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis S. O'Dea of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick E. Skelly and Prudence Skelly; and her husband Frank C. O'Dea Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, John P. O'Dea of Harrisburg and David S. O'Dea (Stefani) of Abingdon; her grandchildren, Sean and Selena; and her sister-in-law Maureen O'Dea. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church or The Williamsport Home, 1900 Ravine Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
