She is survived by: her children, Carl Turner, Steven Turner, Linda Carstetter and Barbara Ratcliffe; her sister Shirley Blair; her grandchildren, James Ratcliffe, IV (Leighann), Brittany Chatham (Tiffany) and Tiffany Ratcliffe (Charlie); and her great grandchildren, Aerial, Cassidy, Tyler Ratcliffe, David, Cyrus Manning, Ashton Elliot and Kevin Chatham.
